How do I shop online?
Browse by category, visit our new products section, or use the search feature found at the top right of every page. Once you have found an item you like, simply click the "Add to basket" button. You can access your shopping cart at the top right of every page. When you have finished adding items to your Shopping Basket, you can proceed to check out by clicking "Place order."
How do I change item quantities?
If you wish to buy multiple quantities of an item placed in your Shopping Bag, change the number in the "Quantity" box. Be sure to click the "Recalculate" button at the bottom of your list to confirm any changes. We regret that we cannot make changes to online orders once submitted.
How do I remove items from my Shopping Basket?
If you wish to remove an item in your Shopping Basket, click the "Delete" link that appears to the right of the item you wish to remove.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been received, you will receive an order confirmation. A separate shipping confirmation for the accessory portion of your order complete with a tracking number will be sent to you via email once your order has been shipped. If you are a registered user, you can also view your order status online at any time by clicking the Order Tracking link at the top of any page of our site.
How do I cancel my order?
If for any reason you need to cancel an order, please contact Customer Service representative via email at: firstname.lastname@example.org within 24 hours of placing your order. We will cancel your order if it has not already been shipped.
What type of payment do you accept?
Contemporary Heaven accepts Visa, MasterCard, PayPal and American Express. Your credit card will be charged once your order has been shipped. All payments are made in US dollars.
Is the transaction safe?
We employ MasterCard secure code and verified by visa to ensure that your credit card will not be used by unauthorised people and can only be used by the user, which prevents fraud.
When paying by card over the internet we NEVER see any of your card details. We do not keep any credit card details.
Do I have to pay tax?
Contemporary Heaven does not charge sales tax at this time as your order was shipped directly from our UK distribution center. We will continue to monitor US sales tax requirements and act accordingly.
